I am honored to serve the residents of South Carlsbad as a member of the Olivenhain Municipal Water District (OMWD) Board of Directors. My mission is to control water rates while ensuring safe, high-quality, reliable water delivery and the best customer service.
At OMWD, I serve as Board Vice-President and am assigned to the Finance and Personnel Committees. Additionally, I represent OMWD on the 35-member San Diego County Water Authority Board of Directors. I chair the Imported Water Committee and contribute as a member of the Water Planning and Environmental Committee.
I will tirelessly ensure safe and reliable water service at the lowest possible rates for all OMWD customers.
ABOUT ME
I have lived in wonderful South Carlsbad for 40 years, helping to raise our family. I worked as a lawyer and co-founded a law firm. Now, I am mostly retired, as is my wife, who dedicated many years as a community college counselor.
I received my undergraduate degree from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, with a focus on local government, earning the Highest Honors. Today, I am privileged to use my background and experience to serve my community.
