I serve on the elected Board of Directors of the Olivenhain Municipal Water District, Division 5, which includes OMWD customers residing in the La Costa area of South Carlsbad. At OMWD, I am Board Treasurer and sit on the finance, safety, and insurance committees. I am also OMWD’s appointed representative at the San Diego County Water Authority, our regional water wholesaler. My mission is simple: to provide safe, high-quality, and reliable water without wasteful spending or unnecessary rate increases.

ABOUT ME
I received my undergraduate degree in political science with a concentration in local government from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, where I earned the Highest Honors. I graduated from law school at the University of San Diego. As a businessman, I co-founded a successful law firm.
