January 31, 2026-OMWD Awarded CWEA's Collection System of the Year Honors

In 4-S Ranch and Cielo, OMWD converts wastewater into recycled water, reducing our dependency on imported water. This year, I was pleased to be present when OMWD accepted the California Water Environment Association San Diego Section’s 2025 Collection System of the Year Award at its awards event on January 31, 2026. It is a high honor and well-deserved by OMWD’s entire wastewater team.
