October 8, 2023- Elfin Forest Volunteer Appreciation

One of OMWD's crown jewels is our Elfin Forest Recreational Reserve hiking trails and its interpretive center, which educates thousands of elementary school children annually. Its operation could not happen without our partnership with the Escondido Creek Conservancy and many volunteers. It was my privilege to attend and say a few words at our volunteer appreciation BBQ.
